By booking the Services of Louisa Stompedissel (Your Connections Coach) you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the use of this website, and we may amend them from time to time. Every time you use this website or make a booking through this website or contact Your Connections Coach (Louisa Stompedissel), commit to a client coach appointment, series of sessions or a programme /package, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time and agree to be bound by them.

If any of the following Terms and Conditions are illegal or unenforceable by UK and international law, they may be retracted and the remaining Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

The client must acknowledge that they do not have any psychiatric diagnosis or know of no other reason (Medical, psychiatric or otherwise) why they should not undertake her sessions, and are not taking any prescribed medication that could adversely affect or impact the sessions that they have.

Louisa Stompedissel reserves the right to refuse to do a session for individuals or areas of concern for which she feels she is not qualified to support, or that goes against this code of conduct. 

BOOKING

Delivery of all coaching sessions are to be conducted in person by arrangement or online via Zoom /Microsoft Teams or Whatsapp Video/similar alternatives if and when neccessary. All coaching packages and sessions are bookable on the website yourconnectionscoach.com through Tidycal.

There are two free bookable options:

1. A ‘Clarity Call’ to discuss the right package or service type for your needs. This covers all available services in the website for yourconnectionscoach.com

2. For the Advanced Belief Coding® service only; a free discovery call.

All details of services (prices, content and explanatory information) are on this website (yourconnectionscoach.com) and can be confirmed and discussed further via the two free call options. Never will the prospective client be pressed to make a decision and free will is essential to the ethos of Louisa Stompedissel (Your Connections Coach).

If a client is late for a session without good reason then Louisa Stompedissel reserves the right to end the same session when it was originally agreed to end. All bookings made by the client will be seen as a contract of terms between client and coach Louisa Stompedissel with the content of these terms and conditions being relevant.

PAYMENT

You (the client) will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying for a product. 

You’re paying for knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and Louisa’s time.

Payment will be made with or soon after the booking of a session. A payment link may be sent to your email or whatsapp contact if purchasing a set of sessions named on website as: set, series, programme or package. Payment plans may or may not be on offer and will be  at the discretion of Louisa Stompedissel (Your Connections Coach).

Individual sessions must always be paid in full before a session commences and immediately after booking. Again payment options are at the discretion of Louisa Stompedissel and she reserves the right to implement or remove these payment options. After booking a session, payment is to be made immediately whether it is an individual session or the first payment of a payment plan (if available, Louisa Stompedissel , Your Connections Coach, reserves the right to make this decision) or the full sum of the programme package. All payment links will be attached to a booking system such as Stripe and may or may not include Klarna, Clearpay if payment plans are in place as an option. If said payment plans are available and then refused to the individual (potential client) by the companies stated above, a separate payment plan will be refused to safeguard any potential debt to Louisa Stompedissel.

Bank transfers will be suggested and accepted if payment links fail payment processing.  All payments (in full or the first instalment if set up) will need to be paid immediately according to payment plans relevant to Louisa Stompedissel’s terms. Said prospective client would have discussed payment options (if relevant), confirmed prices (all prices stated on Your Connections Coach’s website), all links attached to booking system on website or social media, sent via email or telephone message or WhatsApp after booking must be paid immediately, according to above terms.

ATTENDANCE

If a client fails to make payment on time or at all, the cancellation of all relevant bookings or suspending services for that client may occur. If a client fails to attend a paid session without good reason, is frequently late for sessions, Louisa Stompedissel reserves the right to Refuse any refunds. Her time is still to be charged despite the clients refusal to honour the agreement of financial and timely sessions.  

The length for each session are laid out clearly in the ‘session and programs’ section on the website yourconnectionscoach.com. When making a booking via the booking system or agreeing via email, telephone messaging service the commencing time of your sessions it is solely your commitment and responsibility (you, the client) to fulfil this. Failure to do so may result in loss of funds for the client. For any online technical glitches Louisa Stompedissel (Your Connections Coach), takes full responsibility for any technical errors she may be responsible for and will honour the time accordingly. Rescheduling the session at no extra cost with the client if necessary.

If the technical issue is the client’s fault it is their full responsibility and Louisa Stompedissel, Your Connections Coach, reserves the right to not pay out any extra time or cost to the client than the original time slot agreed on that specific booking. A new session will need to be rebooked and paid for again by the client. It is highly recommended that a client has plugged in their device or has it fully charged with the charging lead to hand, has checked their internet device is fully updated with the relevant software and that they have a secure and reliable internet connection.

A client must pre check their internet equipment that they will be using for their booked session and their internet connection. This is solely their own responsibility. The client is to ensure they have the privacy that allows them to feel comfortable with no interruptions at all throughout the time period of the session.

CANCELLATION

Louisa Stompedissel of Your Connections Coach reserves the right to not refund a booking due to a cancellation. She may however, to her own discretion, allow the client to rebook without repayment if it is to be considered an emergency.

Rebooking can be made through the booking system or directly through Louisa Stompedissel via email, WhatsApp or alternative messaging service. If this was to continue to happen, Louisa Stompedissel of Your Connections Coach reserves the right (at any time) to not refund the original booking fee and decline any re-booking of any client who continues to cancel sessions or disregard her time. Any disregard of her time (Your Connections Coach) will be met accordingly. Charges will be applied and refunds will not be met.

OUTCOMES & PARTICIPATION

Purchased products (sessions) do not guarantee a desired outcome. Outcomes are determined by the co-operation, willingness and openness of the individual who has purchased said products (sessions) to how successful the desired outcome will be.

Although scientifically proven to alter the long-term memory in a much more positive state, said client may deny anything has changed. Belief Coding® can feel subtle, neutral and as if it has always been that way in regards to whatever areas have been concentrated on.

Clients are encouraged to document your own journey and this is solely your own responsibility if you do or do not decide to collate this information. It is also your responsibility (as the client) to complete all nourishing tasks set in between sessions /extended from the sessions.

Everything will be structured and designed around the individual client (yourself) and will contribute greatly to the transformative outcome. Louisa Stompedissel of Your Connections Coach is not accountable for her clients, The client is accountable for themselves and all that they contribute to the sessions and in between that allow for their transformation. All of the relevant knowledge, skills, exercises and experience will be applied and discussed by Your Connections Coach, with her client. Your coach, Louisa Stompedissel will uphold the highest commitment in delivering and supporting you (her client) to the highest standard. It is only asked that when deciding to work with Louisa that her client will uphold their commitments to their best ability, so that the change that they truly require can take place.

The results of the sessions are dependent on the individual client. I agree to tell Louisa Stompedissel all relevant information that will assist me (her client)in overcoming any issues or blocks to my success and achieving what I’d like to with reference to the themes and areas we are working on.

All prospective clients are expected to follow instructions and participate fully in session with the completion of home tasks. Commitment to the process is fully expected and essentially required for optimum results. Louisa Stompedissel is a committed coach and all of the content that Louisa gives throughout your time together will be aimed at assisting you in achieving the highest level of your desired outcomes. The client agrees to allow her to guide them through any processes relevant to achieving the goals they have set.

The responsibility for getting the results lies solely on the client.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal data and confidentiality is taken very seriously by Louisa Stompedissel, Your Connections Coach. At Your Connections Coach, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Louisa Stompedissel of Your Connections Coach adheres to a code of conduct and ethics. She commits to keeping the content of the sessions confidential, unless the Law requires disclosure of the law requires disclosure of the contents, or unless she believes that not doing so could endanger her client or other people or unless she receives permission from the client to disclose some information. 

All private and confidential information that may be collected from a client will only be relevant in the best interest of that client’s progress and growth towards the direction of their personal success. It will be necessary to store contact information for clients who book (and by doing so agree to work with Louisa Stompedissel of Your Connections Coach). This may or may not include personal email address, telephone number, residential address, WhatsApp support and other possible messaging services available if the above options are not possible for the client.

Content taken from session notes, client developmental work, client feedback, and all personal and confidential information are kept in a private office and locked permanently. Handwritten and on technological equipment with access only from Your Connections Coach, Louisa Stompedissel and anyone that she may employ with a high regard of trust and security.

All personal information collected during our working relationship will be stored securely and confidentially up to 12 months after our last session. Any recordings of coaching sessions will only ever commence if permission is granted by the individual/s client – and if it is relevant and necessary for training purposes or for the client’s own personal progressive journey where they will have access to all recordings relevant to them.

By supplying personal information through 1-1 coaching sessions, via email, WhatsApp or an alternative messaging and video sources, you accept the inherent security risks of dealing online over the internet and agree not to hold Your Connections Coach, Louisa Stompedissel responsible for any breach of security, unless we have breached a law, been grossly negligent or in wilful default of our duties to you.

Financial information will never be stored. Bank transfers directly from the client’s bank account to Your Connections Coach, Louisa Stompedissel ‘s bank account. In this case the banking sort code and account number will be given to the client to make the payment directly. A payment system will be the first payment choice desired by Your Connections Coach such as Stripe, or similar. In this scenario, it is with the company Stripe (or similar) and other payment options that may or may not be available at the time such as Klarna or Clearpay (or similar) where the client enters a contract separate from Your Connections Coach Louisa Stompedissel and solely between the client and the payment plan company. Payment set up is initiated by the client proposing to make payment using their personal information and card details. Both the banks and the third party payment options have outlined their own terms and conditions policy and will have their own privacy statements. Both the above instalment payment options (Klarna and Clearpay) are interest free and chosen by Your Connections Coach Louisa Stompedissel as sensible and affordable options for her potential clients to use.

We may collect personal identification information from clients in a variety  of ways, including, but not limited to, when individuals visit our website,  register on the site for free resources, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter,  respond to a survey or wish to receive personalised answers from a quiz, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Individuals may be asked for, as appropriate, full name, email address, residing address, phone number and bank card information via a payment link.
